Water retention is one problem that most people have when they are trying to loss weight. Due to hormones women have water retention problem more than men. Stress, in any form, is the main cause for retaining body toxins and wastes. People believe if they stop drinking water they will lose weight, but that is not the case. Water is the life line for weight loss!  WHY, because it removes toxins from the body.

The body ONLY have four major ways of removing toxins which are:
Bowels
Urination

Processing of toxins by the liver
The first 3 of these four methods directly excrete water from the body.  When dehydrated, the body will try to save water by minimizing the use of the first three functions and will force the liver to assume as much of the workload as possible.
